Refunds for Non-Working Activations
If any game key or activation provided by us fails to activate properly, customers may be eligible for a proportionate refund based on the number/value of the affected games.
To qualify:

Valid proof/screenshots of the activation error must be provided

The activation attempt must follow the instructions provided by us
After verification, we may:

Issue a partial refund proportional to the non-working item(s)
Non-Refundable Situations
